3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 877jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 877jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. 877jili may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by 877jili for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 877jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. 877jili reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account for entertainment purposes and must meet applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 877jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
6.1 All games offered on the 877jili platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 877jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 877jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 877jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 877jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Services at your own risk.
10.1 877jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if 877jili reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
10.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, 877jili may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to 877jili.
10.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 877jili customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending transactions and KYC requirements.
